Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead all aspects of a busy retail location from front lines. You will drive customer service excellence, sales performance, and operational efficiency while managing labor, inventory, and a membership program to foster loyalty and growth.

You will inspire and develop your team, implement company merchandising standards, and ensure a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
3+ years of retail management leading teams.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores.
Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
Uphold Miniso mission and values in all actions.
Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
Promote and drive the store membership program to foster loyalty and retention.
Oversee store operations, labor, inventory, and profitability.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff and managers.
Ensure store standards, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
