MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and run daily operations across locations in the United States. You will drive customer service, merchandising, and sales performance while managing labor, inventory, and the membership program.

You will report to the Area/District Manager and be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring profitability and strong store leadership. A willingness to relocate or travel between stores is required.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
