Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant store team and deliver a world-class experience for customers and staff. You will drive daily operations, sales performance, inventory control, and profitability while fostering a positive atmosphere across the team.

You will schedule and coach staff, manage labor costs, promote our membership program, and ensure high standards of customer service and merchandising. Relocation and travel may be required to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team.
• Promote MINISO mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, outstanding customer service and sales performance.
• Drive membership program engagement to foster loyalty and increase sales.
• Oversee store operations and performance; develop store staff.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; create career paths.
• Manage cash-handling and adherence to SOPs; maintain a safe store.
