Responsibilities include coaching staff, promoting the membership program, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring top-tier guest service while adhering to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Willing to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and embody Miniso mission and core values.
• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, and sales performance.
• Promote store membership program to foster loyalty and retention.
• Oversee store operations and overall performance to develop staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Uphold store standards and profitability through smart sales strategies and expense control.
• Manage cash handling and ensure safe, clean environment for staff and customers.
• Liaise with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Oversee schedules and keep the store clean and organized.
• Drive store presence, traffic, and sales growth.
