Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including assistants and sales associates.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and store operations.
• Drive sales performance and customer service quality.
• Promote membership program to foster loyalty.
• Recruit, train and retain staff; provide feedback.
• Uphold store standards, profitability, and SOPs.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR.
