Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.

• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding customer service and merchandising standards.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program to build loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with performance evaluations and development plans.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
