WESTERVILLE is hiring a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop PT plans, and lead PT assistants in a long-term care setting. You will coordinate with physicians, families, and the care team to advance mobility and safety.

The role requires a PT license and strong technical skills for documentation and software tools. Prior experience in rehab and education delivery is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Masters/Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state; maintain licensure.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care software.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and staff in resident care.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
• Complete timely documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and infection control.
