• Performs physical therapy treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educates family members on proper techniques for exercise programs.
• Maintains accurate patient records using EMR and chart documentation.

Education

Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
