Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficient computer skills for patient data entry and record systems (Net Health, PCC).
• Must hold a current Physical Therapist license per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and provide staff training as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
