Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation compliant with facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control and equipment protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and Rehabilitation meetings.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Assist with ordering and training related to durable medical equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and company information.
• Support quality assurance and rehabilitation program development.
