Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication to lead kitchen staff.

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Culinary school certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
