Responsibilities include supervising cash handling, inventory, and POS operations, while upholding safety standards and timely shift execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.
• Shift Leader certification program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service on shift.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Lead team members to complete assignments and maintain quality.
• Assist teammates to prepare quality products and keep a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow product procedures for all menu items and proper storage.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensure on-time attendance for all employees on shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
