Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations on a shift, coaching Team Members for outstanding customer experiences. You will ensure adherence to standard procedures for food prep, service, and safety while managing opening/closing tasks and daily cash controls.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to clean, safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly customer service on shift.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Oversee team members, assign tasks, and ensure proper opening/closing.
• Assist team members to prepare quality products and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Ensure safety and security policies are enforced.
• Maintain professional leadership behavior and on-time attendance.
