Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure menu items are prepared to standard procedures.
• Carry out assigned tasks and supervise team members.
• Assist Team Members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Enforce safety and security policies.
• Oversee opening/closing duties as per shift checklist.
• Maintain proper product handling, storage and rotation.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and paperwork.
