Cash--w is seeking a Service Operations Dispatcher in Salina, Kansas. This role coordinates schedules, communicates with customers and field personnel, and keeps operations running smoothly.

You will dispatch Service Professionals, manage service tickets in Service Fusion, handle inventory/logistics, and provide friendly, timely support to the team. Starting wage ranges from $17 to $20 per hour based on experience, with regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination preferred.
• Cross-functional communication with customers and field personnel.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service professionals for calls, maintenance, and installations.
• Coordinate daily service routes and technician schedules.
• Communicate schedule changes and customer updates.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time.
• Maintain service tickets, work orders, and equipment records.
• Generate reports and support service performance tracking.
• Assist with parts, equipment, and sample logistics.
• Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse personnel.
• Support process improvements and documentation.
