Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in call centers or dispatch, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls.
• Creates and dispatches work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
• Maintains weekly planning, time sheets and service paperwork reconciliation.
