Closet Factory in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team. You will greet clients, schedule design appointments, coordinate with designers, and handle front desk duties in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Key tasks include phone and email inquiries, Salesforce-based appointment scheduling, paperwork organization for accounting, coordinating installations, and purchasing with preferred vendors. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer experience including Word and Excel.
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling
• Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk
• Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries
• Corresponding with clients and customers
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department
• Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer
• Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors
