Job summary

Closet Factory Inc in Ft. Myers, FL is seeking an Office Manager to support a close-knit, fast-paced team. You will handle front desk duties, greet clients, answer phones, schedule design appointments and coordinate with designers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and experience with Salesforce is a plus. The role offers hourly pay ($25-$30), health insurance, a 401K plan and PTO, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Scheduling design appointments on the Salesforce CRM.
• Greet clients and direct from front desk.
• Answering phones and responding to online/email inquiries.
• Scheduling installations and coordinating with designers.
• Purchasing products using preferred vendors.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting.
