Office Manager position in Ft. Myers at Closet Factory is seeking a customer-service oriented professional to join a casual, energetic team.

Responsibilities include coordinating design appointments, utilizing Salesforce, greeting clients at the front desk, answering calls and emails, and supporting accounting with paperwork. Salary is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, full-time, with benefits including health insurance, 401K, and Paid Time Off.

Competenze

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer experience including Word and Excel.
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software.
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling.
• Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk.
• Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries.
• Corresponding with clients and customers.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department.
• Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer.
• Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors.
