8am in Austin, TX is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to fuel the growth of its Sales Team. As an SDR you will handle inbound leads, identify opportunities, schedule qualified meetings, and collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to move deals forward.

You will maintain a strong daily call volume, learn the 8am platform, and use Salesforce to track progress while contributing to our high-growth, SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (service, cold calling, retail, etc.).
• Self-starter with a passion to learn software sales.
• Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and develop knowledge of 8am's offerings.
• Identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
• Maintain 45-60 calls per day to qualify leads and build inbound pipeline.
• Update Salesforce and track data linked to initiatives.
