Alleviation Enterprise in Sun City, AZ is seeking a driven, energetic sales-focused professional to join our team. You will use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and build a client portfolio while visiting local businesses to understand insurance needs.

We value ownership, growth, and service, offering classroom and field training, uncapped commissions, and a schedule-driven, performance-based path to promotions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant sales or athletic background.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs for potential clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and resell to existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity.
