You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build a growing client portfolio, with training, commissions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in resident state, or willingness to obtain with course provided.
• Degree or equivalent work experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Present personalized coverage options and close sales.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings and attend calls with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
