Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (training and reimbursement provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by visiting local businesses and building relationships with owners and HR leaders.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Deliver individual and group presentations to prospects and clients.
• Record daily activity and collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain client portfolios and nurture long-term relationships for renewals.
