Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Belvidere, IL, seeks a motivated Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and drive revenue. You will manage staff, coaching, and customer experiences while ensuring financial and compliance goals are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for wireless technology. This is a full-time position with typical retail hours and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• This is a full-time role working minimum 45 hours per week.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing accounts and identifying opportunities.
• Lead by example to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hire, develop, motivate and manage a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with audits, paperwork security and cash handling.
