Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams.
• Strong understanding of customer experience and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to deliver brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction through coaching.
• Oversee store programs (Balloon, Loyalty, MCC/Extend) and events.
• Ensure accurate POS operations and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train team members and uphold asset protection practices.
