SERVPRO of Weston/West Davie is seeking an organized administrative professional to support restoration project operations in Florida. You will oversee daily project progress, review site documentation, and ensure thorough, accurate documentation from start to finish.

Strong communication and customer service skills are required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. The role emphasizes proactive coordination with Project Managers, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to insurance carrier

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or office experience in the restoration industry
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software
• Polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service verbally and in writing
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Daily project oversight to monitor statuses, audits, and work-in-progress
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Complete and review job file documentation
• Clear and efficient project communication verbally and in writing
• Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed
• Work with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation from start to finish
• Review complete job files for accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments as needed
