Job summary

SERVPRO of Oldsmar / Westchase is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline role drives operational excellence and leads the team to success on active projects.

You will develop scopes of work, coordinate schedules, and manage client communications, while controlling production expenses and ensuring proper billing and documentation. Strong leadership and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 3 years of industry experience and some management exposure.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support services and billing requirements.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and materials.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction via online reviews.
• Provide priority responses to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training restoration teammates.
