SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate production activities, supervise restoration technicians, and ensure high-quality service on projects. You’ll drive customer satisfaction by managing expectations and documenting all work performed.

The role requires leadership, safety awareness, and effective communication, with a focus on on-site coordination and adherence to standards. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning/restoration/construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled with quality control in mind.
• Manage customer and client experience and monitor satisfaction via online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables on assigned projects.
• Communicate project progress and issues with the project manager and office staff.
