Job summary

SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline role drives operational excellence and customer satisfaction on active projects, coordinating with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives.

The ideal candidate has management experience, industry knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely project delivery at client sites in the Fort

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Strong communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Experience leading restoration crews and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using software.
• Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients.
• Schedule and oversee crews and subcontractors on active projects.
• Review site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, vendors and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
