Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop staff; coach for performance and growth.
• Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop local shop marketing to boost sales and community presence.
• Control labor costs, inventory, and food safety compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and budgeting for the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
