Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in the Restaurant Industry is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to see the Big Picture.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop teams to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage turnover and schedule adherence.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Drive local marketing efforts and sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming shop.
