• Prior project coordination or similar role in construction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors is a plus.
• Pool construction or home improvement industry experience is preferred.
• Permitting or scheduling experience is advantageous.
• CRM or project management software experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades
