Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to keep home improvement and construction projects moving from scheduling through completion. You will act as the central hub between homeowners, technicians, subcontractors, and the Project Management team, managing schedules, crews, progress, and documentation.

This fast-paced role rewards problem-solving and clear communication, ensuring delays are minimized and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction/home improvement projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects, schedules, and priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM and project management platforms for updates and notes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician and subcontractor assignments for active projects and warranty calls
• Maintain crew schedules and coordinate daily dispatch needs
• Schedule Project Manager visits and confirm appointments with homeowners
• Send project scopes, job details, and scheduling information to technicians and subcontractors
• Request and track bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor active projects, milestones, and completion timelines
• Identify scheduling conflicts and delays before they escalate
• Provide homeowners with timely updates on schedules and next steps
• Communicate daily with technicians, subcontractors, and the Project Management team
• Create and maintain projects within company operating systems
• Maintain accurate job notes and communication records
• Track technician hours and completion information for payouts
• Help confirm materials, permits, and other requirements before start
• Escalate concerns to the Project Management team
