Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee project logistics and ensure clear communication among clients, technicians, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.

You will handle scheduling, progress tracking, documentation, and vendor procurement while supporting project managers to deliver on-time, quality results in a fast-paced home improvement and maintenance environment.

Qualificações

• Coordinate schedules for technicians and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Liaise with vendors for quotes and procurement.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate schedules for technicians and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes and manage procurement processes.
