Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, administration, permitting, purchasing, or customer service.

• Customer care: main contact from contract through turnover with updates.
• Permits and inspections: file permit applications, coordinate HOA approvals and inspections.
• Materials and deliveries: build material lists, manage orders, verify deliveries on site.
• Scheduling: maintain Project Manager’s master schedule and keep dates current.
• Change orders: draft changes and pricing, obtain signatures.
• Invoicing: track milestones, prepare invoices, follow up on payments.
• Jobsite visits: regularly visit active jobs, document progress with photos.
• Closeout: track punch lists and coordinate startup and closeout records.
• Documentation: keep project data in JobTread.
