Job summary

Andy’s Pool Service in Atlanta, GA is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to assist managers coordinating residential pool construction projects. You will visit job sites, schedule subcontractors, maintain progress photos, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

This role blends office work with on-site field duties. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and experience in construction is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Project coordination experience is a plus but not required.
• We are open to candidates coming from trades, customer service, military, or other hands-on roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects
• Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations
• Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines
• Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner
• Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos
• Assist with permit coordination and inspections
• Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership
• Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget
