Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dynamic Pool Construction Coordinator specializing in renovations and new pool builds to oversee projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and scope, lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across all phases.

This role offers exposure to innovative outdoor projects and requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with pool construction site management or civil engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contracts, and cost management.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Ability to review plans, schedules, contracts and budgets for feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of pool construction projects, including renovations and new builds.
• Develop detailed project schedules and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, employees and subcontractors to define scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Utilize construction management software to streamline documentation and workflow.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates from plans and specifications.
• Monitor project costs and perform cost control analyses in Excel.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure plan compliance and safety.
• Lead project meetings to share progress and upcoming tasks.
