Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field teams and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will balance regional inventory by directing equipment to meet demand and reviewing reports for accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where each day is different. A high school diploma and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer tools.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment based on demand and productivity.
• Review reports to optimize equipment availability and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
