U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Phoenix, AZ. You will support customers, field teams and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, Word, email).
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers to equipment areas based on demand and inventory status.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
