Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team focused on customer service and efficient reservation management. You will assist customers and dealerships with equipment allocation and bookings, while working under the Traffic Control Manager to balance regional inventory based on demand.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail as you support field teams and U-Haul dealerships in daily operations and equipment placement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using office equipment such as multiline phones, Word, and email.
• Strong customer service, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
