Providence Infrastructure Consultants, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

The role supports marketing efforts, tracks proposal opportunities, develops content, coordinates pricing and scope with technical staff, and assembles complete proposals for clients. This position offers flexibility as part-time to full-time and may involve website updates, marketing materials, award submissions, and editing of technical papers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of applicable technical proposal development experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Possesses a high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
• Website management skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with data entry and tracking proposal opportunities.
• Read and thoroughly comprehend RFP/RFQ documents and addenda.
• Coordinate with technical staff regarding project scope, pricing and internal resources.
• Manage and develop content specific to the project scope or proposal requirements.
• Manage proposal schedule to meet internal and submission deadlines.
• Compile final submittal documents from content, forms, and feedback from resources.
• Coordinate and assist with developing presentations for post-submittal interviews.
• Assist with developing marketing materials including resumes, project highlights, and newsletters.
