Job summary

ME Engineers is seeking a driven Marketing Coordinator for our Denver, Colorado corporate office. The role blends independent work with collaborative team efforts and offers in-office engagement with hybrid options. Compensation aligns with experience and training needs.

The Marketing Coordinator will handle proposals, marketing collateral, events, and communications to support ME Engineers' building performance projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing or related field.
• 3–4 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Develop marketing collateral such as project resumes, project profiles, and brochures.
• Maintain the project database.
• Support additional marketing initiatives, including photo shoots, internal and external communications, and events as needed.
