Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Teams Coordinator in Centennial, CO to provide comprehensive administrative support for the local office (CTC). You will assist with project delivery, coordinate with Project Managers, and manage project data and financial processes to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years administrative support, office management or equivalent.
• Electronic Security Industry experience is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle.
• Work with multiple Project Managers to ensure project delivery meets clients’ expectations and is completed on time and within budget.
• Administer project setup in financial system and project management application.
• Act as central information source by maintaining, communicating, and distributing project details with company and client requirements.
• Prepare project invoices and coordinate with Accounts Receivable for analysis and tracking.
