Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, with emphasis on orthopedic and neurologic conditions. You’ll design and adjust therapy plans, measure outcomes, and coordinate discharge planning with the medical team to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities include patient transfers, range-of-motion testing, therapeutic modalities, documentation, and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing (IDFPR) or eligible.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic/neurologic conditions.
• Design and adjust plans of care with goals, outcomes, and discharge plans.
• Document progress and communicate with providers.
