Qualifications

• Must hold current license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA).
• Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient transfers with proper body mechanics to minimize injury.
• Develop and adjust care plans with goals, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educate patients and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and billing entries in EMR.
• Communicate with referring providers about progress and recommendations.
