Job summary

Qualifications

• Continue education as required for acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across all ages, adjusting plans of care as needed.
• Educate patients, families and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Perform exams, determine diagnoses and outcomes, and document per policy.
• Supervise PTA and rehab technicians; coordinate with treatment team for discharge planning.
