Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days required.

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care integrating goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students and other health care providers.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examination and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Produces documentation per CTSCP67 policy.
• Supervises PTA and rehabilitation technicians where applicable.
