Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• OEM certifications as directed by management are preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines and policies.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls as per guidelines.
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand and follow safety policies daily.
• Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
