The position requires 0-2 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification or equivalent, and maintaining OEM certifications. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines and policies.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow policies and documents related to service delivery for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client service agreements.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines daily.
