Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops, and to interact with clients to address issues promptly.

You will provide on-site and remote support as needed, complete service calls within SLAs, maintain asset control, and follow safety policies with accurate documentation of activities.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks documented in policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls as per guidelines.
• Follow policies and documents for successful service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in any extended duties.
